Fir and Fizz is built around two simple ideas—connection and experience.
Inspired by the grounding calm of the forest (“Fir”) and the lively spark of celebration (“Fizz”), we bring together nature, community, and craft in a way that feels both elevated and approachable. Whether it’s a drink, a moment, or a shared experience, everything we create is designed to feel intentional, refreshing, and memorable.
Our story started in Idaho.
We met while attending college there and quickly became college sweethearts. During those early days of getting to know each other, we often found ourselves going out for dirty sodas—little moments that became part of our routine and our story. Those simple experiences turned into memories we still hold onto today.
After college, we decided to stay in Idaho for a while because we loved it so much. Christian grew up locally in Mount Vernon, Washington, and Stacy grew up in Spokane, Washington, but Idaho became home during those years as we started our life together. Eventually, after several years and the birth of our first child, we felt called to move back to Washington.
As we prepared for the move, we realized something unexpected—Washington didn’t really have dirty sodas like we had come to love in Idaho. What had become such a meaningful part of our everyday life wasn’t something we could easily find here.
That realization sparked an idea.
Fir and Fizz was born from the desire to bring something we loved back home—to share those simple, joyful “dirty soda” moments with our community in Washington and create something that brings people together the same way it brought us together.
At its core, Fir and Fizz is more than a name. It’s our story, our memories, and our way of sharing a little bit of joy with every pour.
Mission
To create a warm, welcoming space where anyone can walk up, feel at home, and enjoy handcrafted dirty sodas, dirty energy drinks, and delicious bites. We believe every person deserves to be seen and treated well — and that the best moments in life are the ones shared with others.
Vision
To become the go-to gathering spot across Skagit County and beyond — where every event, festival, and sunny afternoon is made a little better by good drinks, great bites, and even better company. We’re building something that outlasts a transaction: a place people genuinely look forward to, rooted in the kind of care and consistency that turns strangers into regulars and regulars into family.
